After more than a year and a half to better understand food waste in all its complexity, La Transformerie, a non-profit organization officially launched "Les Rescapés" (in english : the survivors). These spreads are made from unsold fruits from Rosemont-La-Petite-Patrie groceries and fruits stores and offer in 3 different flavors :
- Mango and Creole spices
- Apple pie
- Pear and ginger
