ADS Management, a fourth-generation family-owned-and-operated company with over 70 years of experience in the agriculture industry, and MR Farms, a family-owned company with over 30 years growing, packing and shipping fresh produce for the Canadian, U.S. and Mexican markets, are entering into a joint venture, effective Jan. 1, 2018.
Under the joint venture, MR Farms will be joining the ADS family of produce companies, including Hapco Farms, Freshouse and Ampco Distribution Services. It will continue to operate as MR Farms and will maintain its facilities in Quebec. Lire la suite
