As part of this initiative, Mr. Sébastien Brossard, agroeconomist, project agent, visits 275 stores among the 3 large chains (IGA-SOBEYS, LOBLAWS, METRO), retailers and fruit shops, across Quebec, since the end of August 2020 until November 2020 to assess the positioning and promotional efforts of Quebec fruits and vegetables and provide information tools on these produces for managers.
