The Quebec Food Processing Council (CTAQ) unveiled the winners of the 2019 Food Innovation Awards at the Marketing Event Gala Dinner, the annual meeting of the Quebec food industry gathering more than 400 people.
Innovation begins with an idea and becomes very valuable at the stage of commercialization or implementation. The food industry is full of innovations that deserve to be seen, tested and appreciated. The Food Innovation Awards recognize the efforts of companies that have, over the last year, developed and / or launched an innovative project meeting various criteria.
Among the winners, three companies are members of the QPMA.
For the category "long-life products" Bonduelle has been rewarded for its mixtures of frozen vegetables for pizza, faijtas and diced onions.
For the "juice and beverages" category Lassonde was rewarded for its oasis morning smoothie.
And finally, for the "packaging" category, Cascades was rewarded for its ecoconçue packaging solution for fresh vegetables.
Congratulations to these companies for their beautiful innovations!
