Organic and local baskets week
Is it possible for a restaurant to offer tasty dishes made exclusively from the contents of organic and local baskets, even in the heart of Quebec winter? This is the challenge that chefs Jonathan Lapierre-Réhayem and Pascale Beirouti will take up during the “Organic and local basket week” which will take place from January 28 to February 1, at the ITHQ Restaurant.
To support them in this task, Pascale and Jonathan called on the expertise of a chef who, summer and winter, works exclusively with local products: John Winter Russell, from Candide restaurant.
