Peruvian-based fresh produce marketer Camposol has filed paperwork for an initial public offering of the company’s stock on the New York Stock Exchange.
In a filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, the company reported it hopes to raise about $345 million through sales of stock to the public. The document did not say when the stock would be available to purchase or how it would be priced. Read more
