The CCCD is pleased to welcome Jean-François Belleau as the new Director, Government Relations (Quebec). Jean-François is responsible for defending the many issues affecting Quebec retailers. Jean-François has an impressive track record in public affairs relations. He reports to the RCC office in Montreal where he will work under the direction of Marc Fortin.
