ELECTION’S PROCEDURE FOR DIRECTORS CANDIDATES WANTED As stipulated by articles 4.7, 5.2 and 5.3 of the Constitution, each member that wants to propose a candidate, other than those mentioned above, can do so by communicating with the Association at least forty five (45) days before the Annual general meeting, so before Monday June 24, 2019. Candidates nominated for directorship positions on the association’s board must be supported by the signatures of five (5) active members of the QPMA, performing as senior executives, and representing five (5) different companies, having their business place in Quebec. To demonstrate a commitment to the QPMA membership, the five (5) signatures must be handwritten / physical. The candidate must also send his application letter. This year, one (1) position is open from one sector: Fruit store (1) in keeping with our principle of membership representation by sector of activity. RENEWED MANDATES The nomination committee of the Association advises you the list of directors whose mandate’s term expires on August 9, 2019 and renew them for the next 2 years until August 2021.
