Mario is a nutritionist, member of the Professional Order of Dietitians of Quebec (OPDQ). He has over 25 years of experience mainly in the field of nutrition, health and agri-food. He was vice president of food marketing communications for a consulting agency before serving 15 years as Sobeys Quebec's head of nutrition department. In recent years, he has been invited several times in France to give talks in shows for agri-food industry and was awarded in 2018 the "Radiation of the profession of nutritionist" by the OPDQ .
